Rotogravure is a process of engraving an image onto a label’s surface using a cylinder. Most rotogravure presses print on rolls, rather than on sheets of paper. These presses are very fast, and widely used. The advantage of rotogravure printing is that you can use it for printing on many different substrates and in any imaginable sizes.
