UV coating is a layer of ultra-violet cured film over the printed label. It can be applied to the whole surface, or just on spot locations, and it brings out the color of the label on those spots. UV coated surface can be very glossy or matte. UV coated labels are resistant to scuffing, scratching and moisture.
